But there is a generational issue in politics that is perceived by many as being a problem at both EU and national level, which is that politics is this sort of old boys club. So allowing more diversity, in terms of age, gender and other demographics, is quite important. How do you think we can create that space to create more diversity in parliaments and politics in general .
