The Arcane Amendment
An unassuming Paris-inspired and themed cafe right smack in the middle of Maiden Square. This is a hotspot for Arcanes of all backgrounds, offering both fine dining and casual options. It's also known as something of a sanctuary, a place to duck out of the cold or heat and sit unbothered by the pressures of maintaining glamours or being harassed by the SRA.
