The local Bookshop
You are at your local bookstore, reading a new book you've just picked up. People walk in and out of the shop, picking up books and inspecting them. As a result, footsteps echo in the hallway behind you to a rhythm. The record player at the front desk is playing calming jazz in an attempt to block out the sound of the rain on the roof. Many things are going on around you, but you get lost in your book and forget about the rest of the world.
